On the job training and close guidance with be provided on the following Job Descriptions Responsible in the monitoring and successful follow up with Members on yearly renewal policy To advise Members Agents on the required documentation and follow through Competent in handling enquires with sound product knowledge in promoting medical coverage To plan and manage work in achieving Departments monthly renewal sales target This is not a sales job Weekly reporting on Renewal Sales Requirements Possess a minimum Diploma holder or higher qualification in Business Administration Mass Communication Marketing and its equivalent Possess minimum 3 years working experience in customer service or administration related job with preferred experience in insurance industry Language proficiency English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to handle large proportion of Mandarin Speaking customers Good interpersonal and communication skills A meticulous detailed person and result orientated Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision Additional Benefits Salary will commensurate with working experience Lucrative premiums discount on staff and family members on medical policy Happy and amicable working environment
