Job Description

Assistant Manager, Tax (Transfer Pricing)

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of TP documents as assigned;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and internal processes in relation to TP;
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insightful commentaries to develop recommendations and solutions for the Group’s TP policies;
  • Support management by providing input into financial strategies and inter-company transactions across the global organization;
  • Support TP audit and queries from tax authorities;
  • Plan and strategize best tactics in defending company’s TP position;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on TP related matters.

  • Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics from a recognized institution; Advanced Degree in Tax / Law a plus
  • 6-8 years of TP experience in Public Accounting firms.
  • High integrity and able to work independently
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff level personnel
  • Team-oriented and inspire confidence
  • High focus on task closure and delivery of quality output
