Are you a strong leader and advocate for the adoption of Agile? We are on a look out for an Agile Coach and the main responsibility of this role to ensure the success of Digi’s Agile journey.

You are task to drive Digi’s Agile Transformation Strategy by building effective agile team in the current and future Agile setups in Digi.

Way of work, coaching and training

  • You are the Chapter Lead for Agile Coaches, and are expected to develop the coaching curriculum (e.g. way of work, ceremonies, methodology, etc.
  • for the Agile Coach Network

  • Coaches the Tribe Leads, Chapter Leads and other Agile Coaches and guides them through Agile discovery and learning, provides general and role-based training, and helps raise and solve impediments
  • Equip and enable new Agile teams through training, establishment of norms and coaching to get off the ground and running
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organization impediments impacting implementation of the strategy
  • Agile Governance

  • Regularly review relevance and effectiveness of existing governance forums and KPIs
  • Facilitate cross-tribe collaboration and strategic planning sessions
  • Advise on potential scaling of Agile Way of Work across Digi by identifying new opportunities to implement Agile, and to champion adoption efforts
  • Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and measure performance against defined KPIs and targets
  • Provide periodic reporting visibility to senior management
  • Agile ambassador for Digi

  • Advocate adoption of agile practices and way of work across Digi, where relevant
  • Drives and coordinate roadshows to story-tell successes and learning from Agile Tribes

    Your Merits :

  • 5+ years Agile Coach / Management consulting experience with teams that are new to Agile practices (ability to coach multiple teams in the principles of Agile and the practices of Scrum / Kanban)
  • knowledge and experience in two or more Agile or Lean frameworks Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Extreme Programming
  • Must have strong presentation skills. Ability to present a message clearly and succinctly to business stakeholders, product leaders and team members
  • Possess a strong passion for coaching and transformation
  • Proven success leading large Agile transformations
  • Change management experience within large matrix organizations
  • Demonstrate experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within schedule constraints
  • Strategic thinker
  • Detail oriented
  • Certified Agile Coach & Scrum Master is a plus
