oOwner of the sub-system budget, which is asubset of the project budget.
oExecute the sub-system project deliverables tothe approved EAC.
oReport sub-systemproject financial status supported by financial functional team.
oAlign the delivery schedule based on the tenderquote and any changes that have occurred in the interim at or before theproject handover to execution team.
oEnsures that all schedule activities areupdated on an ongoing basis during the project life-cycle and reported to thesystem project team.
Ensures project closeout activities, such as excess inventorydisposition, cost reports, progressive lessons learned capture, documentationand updates to engineering docs.
oResponsible for sub-system change ordermanagement feeding to Systems Project Manager.
oIdentify, generate, justify and track any scopecreep and generates cost / time / resource sheets to reflect any impacts of thechanges.
oInitiate any scope changes within the sub-systemas per approved change order.
Influenceand align all sub-system execution activities :
Updates the sub-system execution basis,conducts sub-system project kick-off and ensures the sourcing plan is updated fromthe tender stage and within 30 days of project handover.
Sets and tracks sub-system milestone activities.
Responsible to provide system project team withappropriate communication on milestone activities to minimize risks andmaximize opportunities for the project
Responsible for internal sub-system interfaceand appropriate communication to keep the project team informed. Attendsproject team meetings and as appropriate customer meetings to update progressof sub-system delivery.
