Essential and optional requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience as Food & Beverage Manager or relevant
  • Certificate or Bachelor in degree programs in hospitality and food service management or related field
  • Organizing, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Key tasks

  • Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
  • Ensures that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of good quality
  • Enhances guest satisfaction through his / her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel
  • Organizes and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts and product information
