Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for GTChannels to deliver sustainable channel growth for the Ready to Drink (RTD)business in region.
Yourresponsibilities would be to :
Accountable for RTD through put target in the region andalso responsible for primary sales performance for the RTD agents.
To coordinate with the LTP OM on ensuring chillerproductivity & maintenance
To implement RTD Route to Market (RTM) such as accountablefor success of RTD RTM in region, vending business in region, RTD in Out ofHome channel and other alternative channels as school, tourist spots, R&Rand etc.
To implement Customized Promotion Activities such as inRegional initiatives on special occasion or celebration
Work with GLC / Government agency to implement RTD business inR&R, schools, public transport and universities.
To interface between Field Sales Team; Channel and FieldPlanning Team
Leading the Field Sales Team and the operation bestpractices.
Gather insights & information’s market intelligence.
You musthave the following :
Degree in any related discipline with min 2-3 yearsworking experience in sales and over this period, has successfully deliveredKPIs
Must have Leadership skills and Capacity to understand allsales functions i.e. : CCSD, Customer and Field Sales
Had an experience in managing sales team
