Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily audit on internal system and videos by users.Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team.
Work with Internal Training Team to align Policy understanding of QA and moderation teams.Provide support on Policy / Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis.
Responsible in guiding new joiners in order to achieve Ramp up target.Work closely with Operation Team in order to provide feedback on quality.
Identify potential failure of Policy Update and propose recovery plan in advance.Conduct Quality meeting with the team to analyze errors.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in linguistics, mass communications, advertising, business administration, or any relevant field of studies.
Minimum 1 year working experience as Content Quality Assurance Analyst / Content Moderator would be an added advantage.Experience in Content Moderation / Content Quality / Content Safety will be an added advantage.
Attention to details, able to handle various contents, multitasking, work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, team player, able to work independently.
Ability to speak and read in Lao is a must and able to converse in English.Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaWorking visa will be provided for Non Malaysian for suitable candidates
