The Role Responsibilities
Achieve sales target as applicable.
Ensured daily productivity reports are properly submitted to the management.
Handle customer service inquiries diligently and efficiently.
Promote bank or co-brand products and generate referral either full time or periodically
Ensure that prospects and existing customers are clearly communicated about the bank fees and charges, terms and conditions.
Responsible for generating income through acquisition of credit card. (Road show)(Blitz)
Primary focus is on selling anchor product and gradually broadening to full range of retail products
Meet, deep-sell and educate; Engage prospective client over the phone or in person and to Sell and set up anchor products
Our Ideal Candidate
Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, any field.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales or service is preferred. Prior experience in telesales / inbound sales is a plus.
