Preferably candidates with familiarity about property construction / renovation terms.Temporary position available (From 16 September 2020 - 16 January 2020)Job Responsibility : Responsible for all matters relating to tenancy agreement.
Insure all the contractors with contractors all risk and workmen s compensation, equipment s and public liability during the outlet renovation period.
Arranging staff accommodation such as : - Liaise with the agent or landlord- Arranging for the deposits and collecting the keys- Ensure the proper execution of the agreement- Others necessary follow-up and when required.
Coordinate within department to ensure administrative work at done accordingly. Outlets opening and relocation application.
To manage applications including appeals with the relevant municipal office concerning outlets / factory compounds.Assisting COO in others administration works i.
e. compilation of company information, summarize proposal, comparison chart, and translate email / correspondence from China.
Minutes of operations meetingRenewal of tenancy for all properties includes Directors companies.Handle the process of the S&P for property and retails lots tenancy terms and condition negotiation.
Other administrative duties, such as drafting of letter, etc. as and when assigned.
