B2B Marketing Executive who would manage the B2B product portfolio of coffee machines accessories and services by implementing global product launches to market needs and execute market specific local initiatives Key Responsibilities Manage the B2B product portfolio -

Execute the product strategy and execute commercial value proposition -Review the channel to understand and suggest possible optimisations e g promotion pricing portfolio rationalization with support from data and insights -

Benchmark local performance with international best practices and local market -Work closely with B2B for monthly sales forecasting of the channels portfolio in close cooperation with Data Insights Analyst -

Drive awareness for the B2B propositions among decision makers and end-users including local ATL digital marketing digital media campaigns for B2B in close cooperation with Brand Communications team -

Maximize impact of the local digital footprint including B2B website through content adaptation creation and activation in close cooperation with eCommerce team Implement global product launches and themes to cater to local market -

Execute all permanent and non-permanent launches in the area of coffee machines accessories and services for the channel -

Work with agencies and key stakeholders to develop B2B marketing material -Execute the activation e g acquisition promotion strategy for the channel -

Execute market specific local initiatives e g events digital marketing etc -Support continuous improvement through conducting pre-

and post-evaluations of product launches and themes Lead Generation -Execute lead generation activities for B2B including direct mail campaigns CRM fairs and events -

Work with agency to collect and process leads and share them with B2B Team to determine readiness of each lead and determine relevant follow-

up actions -Pro-actively explore new lead generation strategies and tactics -Efficiency analysis of the different lead generation marketing activities -

Review of and constant optimization of the sales tools e g presentation materials speech Requirements -At least 3 years experience in a product and or marketing role experience in B2B marketing is an advantage -

Prior experience in Company with leading brands -Possess a strong commercial mindset -Experience in project management of complex projects
