This role reports to the Manager of Sales & Administration of Mammoth Empire Project Management Sdn Bhd.And have to work closely with the purchaser, banker, solicitor and internal department for all matters pertaining to Sales Administration.
Job Requirements :
Familiar with any property software, i.e. IFCA, Prosys and Miscrosoft Office applications.
Familiar with all sales and loan document processes for various types of properties.
Meticulous, able to multi-task, work independently, well organized and excellent in time management with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to spoken and written English and understands Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language would be highly advantageous.
Job Duties :
Manage all matters pertaining to sales administrations and credit control functions such as loan arrangements, documentations, progress billings, and collection.
Attend to correspondences from bankers, lawyers, and purchasers pertaining to SPA, bank loan, and other matters.
Ensure timely issuance and delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.
Oversee and monitor in order to achieve timely progress billings and collection of payment from purchasers and financiers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and other relevant information in filling system and property system.
Handle delivery of vacant possession and attend to sales administration related enquiries.
Assist superior on any other sales administration related tasks.
