Role : Business Analyst Specialist for Telephony Services
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Years of Relevant Experience : Minimum 5-8 years
Job Description :
â¢Act as escalation point for regional teams, manage regional Telephony vendors, and engage with and support local site teams to aid in management of incidents and changes.
â¢Acting as directed by central Service Owner to deliver projects and resolve local incidents.
â¢Provide expertise to drive analysis and audits of regional requirements and work to align these with global telephony strategy.
â¢To provide expertise on Telephony systems and usage in region.
â¢The role will be key in supporting the team in executing the transformation from traditional telephony to Microsoft Skype / Teams.
â¢Define baselines, measures, and interdependencies of value streams to drive benefits realization
â¢Be familiar with Scrum processes, roles and responsibilities.
â¢Collaborate with the Product Owner and the team to prioritize the product backlog.
â¢Work with the Scrum team on continuous story grooming and provide mentorship on future stories.
â¢Validate what has been delivered meets the stated user story acceptance criteria.
â¢Facilitate dependencies, risks and issues across team utilizing scrum of scrum techniques for effective migration.
â¢Business analysis experience, preferable in an Agile environment.
â¢Strong leadership and communication skills to present and articulate at all levels of the organization.
â¢Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
â¢Can resolve conflicting ideas and demands to provide clarity.
â¢The ability to deliver a message effectively and concisely at all levels, on both a technical and a business level.
â¢Experience of Traditional Telephony services and support
â¢Track record of good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
â¢Ability to work within a virtual global team environment.
â¢Self-motivated to work with limited supervision.
â¢Strong evidence of working as a team player.
â¢Create documentation to efficiently communicate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
â¢Initiate, plan and develop Business Analysis activities in support of strategic initiatives
â¢Worked on major transformation or rationalisation projects that require data analysis and insights to inform planning and prioritisation
â¢Experienced in Multi-Site environment
