Keysight’s Global Sales Operations & Enablement team is looking for a Business Process and Tool Expert to work in a new, fast-paced and exciting environment.
You will be playing a Business Solutions Role, and will be responsible for Business Functional Support, solutions, consulting and developments / enhancements.
You will collaborate with high performing teams and partners for the ongoing Development and Support Operations work on Salesforce Sales and Oracle CPQ cloud applications, and integrated Boundary apps such as Oracle EBS and Siebel.
You will be leading continuous improvements on the Cloud platforms and Sales processes worldwide to achieve an optimized Sales ecosystem.
Lead a team through performing hands-on investigation of functional issues, lead requirements analysis, and the process and / or techno solutions required.
Execute and manage testing and defect management for End to end transactional, User experience, Regression and targeted new Solution testing.
Drive effectiveness and efficiency in all processes and tools.
Develop, and is accountable to, established MOS (measures of success) for Solutions, including performance, usability and maintenance efficiencies.
Anticipate and resolve potential conflicts. Innovate to quickly deliver stable operations.
Collaborate with Global IT and cross-functional business partners to anticipate business process and technical impacts where design involves shared objects across Project teams and Business groups.
Ability to make sound decisions and mobilize teams through ambiguity and complex situations .
Perform business application administration and performance management activities.
Keeping abreast of new cloud application features and continually improve the application footprint.
Proven track record of managing projects / programs worldwide from design, testing, delivery, including issue management and resolution.
Experience in Agile implementations would be a plus.
Solid understanding of Sales processes end-to-end. CCC and Service processes end-to-end would be a plus.
Experience with Cloud applications (Salesforce Sales, Service and Oracle CPQ), as well as Oracle EBS, Siebel, and related integrations.
Network and interface with Global IT and business stakeholders to internalize requirements, interpreting and applying processes to deliver value to stakeholders.
Team worker with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
