1. Arrange for material, machineries and workers / subcontractors for production / site operation and ensure set target are achieved.
2. Direct control of workers, machineries and materials to minimize wastages. 3. Train new operator and workers by guiding them on the job training and follow up.
4. Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly report. 5. To ensure good quality products and works is achieved. 6. To ensure smooth daily operation and good housekeeping of the plant / site.
7. To ensure the agreed schedule is achieved.
Min SPM with 2 years related working experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
