Essential and optional requirements
At least 3 years experience in hospitality industry, Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation or other related field.
Applications are only open to Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Residence of Malaysia.
Ensuring the planning, controlling & coordinating marketing process such as promotion, special event activities, writing bulletins or files, organizing conferences, interviews, visits from time to time.
Manage all marketing / promotions / sales collateral developments / production both on & Off line for conferences, catering & food beverage activities at the hotel.
Resolve any issues, complaints or problems to ensure quality delivered & guest satisfaction.
Be in-charge of Loyalty marketing following AccorHotels standards.
