The role

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Accounts Helpdesk Agent to provide technical support to users / customers from designed in an efficient and accurate manner.

You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas in designated countries.

The goal is to make sure customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Key areas of responsibility Based on designated countries

  • Provide 1st level contact & convey resolutions for any payments / billings / taxes / contract terms and services related to IWG business through emails and calls
  • Resolves cases within the established SLA’s
  • Escalate unresolved cases within the team or Global Support team
  • Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated on status of each case
  • Managing customers statement of Account, Billing & Payment Disputes
  • Our Successful Candidates Have :

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Proficiency in English and Thai ( written and spoken)
  • Mathematics & Accounting
  • Basic Accounting Background
  • Technical Skills : (Added Advantage)

  • Microsoft Dynamic : CRM / Titan
  • Finance Add-In
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Business writing skills
  • Our Successful Candidate is able to :

  • Have strong client facing and communication skills
  • Provide high level Customer service
  • Work on Public Holidays when required
  • Work on shift & mid night shift when required
