The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in business accounting and finance activities. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsible for company general ledger (GL) and perform monthly closing of accounts.
Responsible for day to day accounting and finance activities and function.
Assist in managing full set of account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR).
Assist in managing payroll system.
Maintain a proper and organize financial record.
Responsible in tracking and recording metrics throughout accounting data.
Assist in planning and meeting company financial goals.
Assist in reporting of monthly management account, cash flow, financial report, etc.
Prepare schedules and liaising with General Manager, Finance Manager, tax advisers, tax agents, company secretary and auditors.
Ensure timely and accurately reconciliation of accounting data.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Minimal SPM / STPM / "A" Level or Pre-University qualification.
Diploma or higher level in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. (Higher priority)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
5 days job (Monday to Friday).
