Job Responsibilities :

  • To perform general office administration works.
  • To monitor and update attendance, annual leave, staff welfare, annual holiday schedule, etc.
  • Assist in the general purchase (stationery, cleaning items, office refreshment).
  • To coordinate and support office events.
  • To prepare monthly reports.
  • Monitoring company motor vehicles (service, insurance, road tax).
  • Maintenance and upkeep of office equipment / facilities.
  • To perform the special task assigned by a supervisor from time to time.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM (Welcome SPM Leavers)
  • PC literate.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills both in verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Preferably Chinese female.
