Sales & Marketing Director, Industrial Solutions Description Job Description Reporting to the President of Asia, this is a key leadership role to develop new potential markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
He or She is expected to be at the forefront of setting and achieving aspirational market share and profitability goals for the markets, sales, pricing, product forecasting, marketing, customer service and all other aspects of the business to ensure significant growth aspirations can be achieved.
The Sales & Marketing Director will be the Pioneer contact for the Malaysia office with the below responsibilities : Provide the necessary mentoring, guidance, and support to the all employees in the country Promotes entrepreneurial and innovative mind set to generate new solutions and profitable growth.
Develop at the higher level possible our close touch engineering business model with the customer. Provide commercial leadership and direction for the country based OEM's on a global basis in order to build long term customer relationships and ensure profitable growth.
Establish and maintain clear lines of accountability and responsibility for day-to-day interactions with customers, such that customer needs are properly covered, engineering and costing details associated with the parts are understood and potential opportunities with each customer are pursued.
Brings to the Asian Management Team a clear overview of the competition, the market, the products, the threats and the opportunities for our customers.
Responsibility for all Accounts Receivables. Monitors A / R aging on a proactive basis with his personnel, coordinates with Accounts Receivable Manager.
Participates in ensuring profits and long-term sustainability of the company. Setting clear objectives and expectations for the commercial team and its members to achieve the strategic plan objectives and initiatives as set by the Company.
Establish pricing strategy for customers in conjunction with other regions when needed. The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical or Chemistry.
More than 10 years working experience in Pumpable Adhesive, Sealant, Structural reinforcement and acoustic systems for either, Auto, Commercial Vehicle, Electronic, at OEM or Tier one supplier, at least 8 years management experience.
Experience with Sealing or Adhesive pumpable products. Strategically thinker and proven ability to develop and execute accordingly strategic plan.
Charisma, Strong leadership, Team player and innovative mind set. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
