CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

To be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

To provide quality customer service experience in handling chat, video chat, in-coming call and out-going call. Managing customer’s general enquiry, technical enquiry and escalations.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
  • Managing customer’s general enquiry, technical enquiry and escalations.
  • Using analytical skills to provide solution options for customers.
  • Required to exercise critical thinking skills in providing solution to resolve customer issue.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Build rapport with customer and ensure follow up on request, enquiries and services.
  • Handle chat, video chat, customer feedback, e-mails, incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Ensure high quality customer service at all times.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Degree in any related field.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to experience working opportunity.
  • Mon to Fri work day. With Sat and Sun off day.
  • Shift rotation with last shift ending at 11 : 00pm.
  • Training provided.
  • 9 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break).
