1 ) Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of maintenance department
2 ) Design good practices to ensure good performance of maintenance engineering divisions
3 ) Oversee and assist in the supervision of all managers in the department
4 ) Participate in competencies development program of subordinates. 5 ) Model supervise and participating leadership promoting the concept of teambuilding and empowerment.
6 ) Plan and implement plant improvements and expansions. 7 ) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Requirements 1 ) Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil / Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 ) Good command of English (spoken and written). 3 ) Age above 35 years old. 4 ) Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance particularly in manufacturing sector.
5 ) Project management skills with proven ability to effectively lead teams and deliver result. 6 ) Ability to apply sound problem solving principles and theories, perform root cause corrective action investigations, and implement appropriate solutions.
