Job Scope Answer incoming call from customers Provide technical assistance through phone email or remote access Log in case into the CRM system Monitor customers support maintenance send reminder and quotation through emails before the maintenance contract expires Test on product before guiding customers Record any system bugs or enhancement and report to R D personnel Academic Qualification Degree Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent Experience Skill Required Good negotiation and presentation skills Good problem solving and decision making skills Able to interact with people at all levels Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage Knowledge in Windows application etc system backup antivirus software remote software Knowledge in Microsoft Office Knowledge in Networking Experience in PC troubleshooting Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware such as receipt printer cash drawer label scale machine and etc Good interpersonal skill Willing to work on standby hours as and when required
