Job Description

  • Perform outbound calls to customers via phone and / or email to convert expiring contracts into renewals for an additional term
  • Responsible for completing the allocated workload of databases provided, and to provide any supplementary efforts to convert into a renewal sale, such as follow up calls, emails and marketing / technical collateral
  • Responsible for providing accurate information on renewal prices, contract offerings
  • Use problem solving skills and product knowledge to remotely resolve customer’s queries in a timely manner if customer has technical problems
  • Ensure customer issues and / or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases
  • Accurately record and update customers’ cases into system and trackers following appropriate processes
  • Provide general information about company products, technical support policies and licensing (including websites for customer reference)
  • Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst providing assistance
  • Remain polite, patient and courteous with customer throughout the service
  • Effectively handle up-selling and lead generation opportunities
  • Committed and passionate about achieving daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers and maintaining them over timeJob
  • Requirements

  • Strong customer-orientation and cummunication skills
  • Ability to work towards strickt targets
  • Good English communication is a MUST
