Responsible for the overall management of the Hotel to achieve set objectives targets and monitoring strategic policies and procedures together with SOPs Manage daily operations of hotel caf and homestays Forecasting Hotels financial position by estimating revenues and expenses by monthly basis Closely monitor the hotel business report on daily basis and take decision accordingly Ensure good safety practices of the employees and guests and the safety of facilities and environment Monitor and guide sales team to promote and market the business planning events room bookings and sales Monitor trends of competition in the marketplace Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of hotel personnel Lead in all aspects to ensure continual improvement is achieved Any other ad-

hoc tasks as and when required JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Diploma bachelors degree in Hotel Management Tourism Hospitality or equivalent Ideally with minimum 5 years experience in related field Preferably Manager specialising in Hotel Management Tourism services or equivalent Responsible hardworking and having good knowledge in planning and managing the operations Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills Strong leadership and communication skill Organized structured and efficient in daily workflows Excellent level of commercial awareness capable of building and maintaining relationship with internal and external guests
