We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Executive / Executive to join us. In this role, you will responsible for executing the Performance-based digital campaigns to live for our clients across various industries.

Reporting of the roleThis role reports to : Associate Director, Performance Marketing 3 best things about the job : A fun environment that combines the best of being entrepreneurial whilst at the same time being part of the largest marketing services group in the worldWorking within among the one of the largest Malaysian Performance Marketing team who constantly pushes the boundaries of digital marketingA revenue driving role with the market leader in a high growth sector of the marketing services industryIn this role, your goals will be : In three months : Execute digital campaigns with minimum supervisions from the ManagerHave an understanding of the roles and features of various digital platformsIn six months : To have POV on how a good campaign should be executed and when or what platform is needed based on campaign objectivesAble to work independently and in a teamContribute to strategy building for a campaignIn 12 months : Have a fruitful and objective based discussion with the account teams on how digital platforms can support or be a key driver of a campaignAble to set clear goals and KPIs for all proposed campaignsWhat your day job looks like at GroupM : Strategically build, manage and optimize digital campaigns on the major platform (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)Strategize, execute and manage Digital Marketing activities of established local and global brands across multiple industriesDevelop a clear understanding of SEO, identify upselling opportunities and be heavily involved in SEO implementation projectsDevelop a clear understanding of Site Audits and LPOs, identify upselling opportunities and be heavily involved in these projectsAnalyze campaign performance and make statistically stable and relevant optimizations and recommendationsClosely monitor digital campaigns performance to ensure KPI and campaign objectives are metAssist Managers in Research & Development of new products and servicesAttain Google AdWords and Analytics certificationsAttain Facebook Studio Edge certificationsManage and work closely with clients with minimum supervisionWhat you ll bring : Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skillsCreative and a good team playerKnowledge of digital marketing preferredMinimum qualifications : Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industryCreative and a good team playerKnowledge of digital marketing preferred
