Formulate Advertising and Promotion program, work closely with Project team on meeting annual sales target, project costing and budgeting, cost control and gross margin analysis.Â
Develop strong network collaboration and partnership with agents, bankers and lawyers while building a solid customer database.
Ensure purchasers' satisfaction by addressing the before and after sales inquiries.
Responsible for S&P agreements detailing and execution.
Sales Performance forecast, maintain up-to-date market condition and conduct competitors' analysis and benchmarking.
Lead, develop and coach sales team toward meeting sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Marketing or equivalent.Â
At least 10 years of experience in property Sales and Marketing, those with overseas / international sales experience will be of added advantage.Â
Understand local markets and possess in depth knowledge in property industry to be able to drive and execute effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns.Â
Proactive, resourceful with proven sales track record in increasing property sales revenue.Â
