Responsibilities Create overall positive usage experience among customer by ensuring every encounter is a great experience Develop attractive relevant and cost-

efficient marketing programs to increase retail billings Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and execution stages of programs to drive maximum spending loyalty and awarenessWork manage the relationship of relevant internal stakeholders i e BIAU Legal Compliance Marcom to ensure usage programs are properly executed on a timely manner in line with the approved business strategies customer communication and marketing budgetsWork manage the relationship of relevant external stakeholders i e agency merchants vendors to acquire beneficial promotions to cardholders or deliver effective communicationsProvide clear direction and communication to the relevant advertising agencies in devising producing and execution of the advertising work which will communicate the promotion and the agreed objectives of the programs Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and if not to identify the issues and recommend solutions to rectify them Gather information from customer and stakeholders in addition to statistical data to ensure that any strategies implemented are feasible Monitor competitors market intelligence benchmarking against competitors and global industry landscape Manage and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to respective programs and be responsible for the achievement of Usage KPIs Evaluate current business practices and processes with an aim to improve productivity and sustain business grow by simplify and digitalize processes policies to be aligned with the bank vision Digital at the core Ensure compliance in all internal and external processes Requirements Min Bachelors Degree holder in Marketing Finance or any other relevant competenciesMin 3 years in banking and financial or retail FMCG industryWorking experience in marketing dining travel finance or related segmentsFamiliarity with the industry players such as media advertising including A PSound knowledge of cards products and cards usage marketing campaignStrong numeric and analytical skills data-

driven thinking meticulous and able to think creativelyAble to work under in a fast paced environmentStrong presentation and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
