TMF Group in Labuan is currently looking for Assistant Manager to join its Trust Corporate Solutions Department team - Based in our Labuan office this person shall be exposed to a wide range of corporate services to businesses conducting cross-

border trade or investment including advising on the setting up and administration of corporate structures providing fund administration custodian accounting tax compliance and substance services You will be engaged with corporate clients and professional intermediary promoting the usages of Labuan structures and products rendering advice on Labuan legislations and regulations and providing post establishment administrative support You will assist high net-

worth individuals to consolidate and protect their wealth in a tax-efficient way by assisting them in the setting up and administration of Labuan trusts and foundations Apart from that you will be part of a team providing incorporation and administration services for companies from other offshore jurisdictions Additionally our Labuan office offers corporate solution in the capital markets and structured finance area Key Responsibilities Completing work efficiently Ensures timely and quality deliverables of own and teams portfolio Assists Manager in planning and implementing initiatives for team Ensures data integrity in Viewpoints database and complies to set conventions Handles client issues in a pro-

active manner pre-empts situations and suggest alternative solutions on all tasks assumed Providing timely and quality advice on governance matters licencing Labuan legislations and guidelines Handling of enquiries for standard set ups and preparing proposal on new business new services for corporate private clients trade support payroll accounting and all other business lines Cross-

selling of Labuan services and services of other jurisdictions and TMF Group to existing clients and intermediaries Client servicing meaning attending and meeting clients requests managing client expectations and identifying issues and highlighting them to clients Review accuracy and completeness of invoices and ensure timely issuance of invoices Monitors and pursues collection of debts KYC during on-

boarding of new clients and during the span where TMF is the service provider including identifying STRs reviewing transactions especially if TMF staff are appointed nominees review of CAFC FATCA and CRS reporting if and where applicable Attending to department local office reporting and or data collation Providing training to the team when required Applies Technical Knowledge to work Provide guidance to team member Render sound advice to client Advice client on matters related to annual compliance specific and ad hoc tasks with supervision Key Requirements ICSA certificate and a member of MAICSA Professional or Undergraduate qualified in other corporate fields such as law taxation or accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services Prior experience in client servicing environment Must be familiar with corporate governance willing to acquire knowledge on legislations and regulations of other jurisdictions Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Possesses a strong sense of responsibility positive disposition strong initiative and able to work under tight deadlines Good communication skills Key Competencies Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Highly proficient in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills Pro-
