153;s on-prem and cloud solutions. You are expected to work closely with the sales and product teams, own the solution opportunity from a technical perspective, engage continually with customers and drive the opportunity to sales closure.
In doing this, you build a trusted advisor relationship with key customer executives, evaluation team members and decision makers.
The responsibilities related to this role are listed below :
â¢Formulate and lead the Hybrid Cloud solutioning engagement with potential and existing customers
â¢Lead presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers; Develop and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations
â¢RFP / RFI responses, sizing and capacity estimation, cost benefit analysis derivation
â¢Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced and continuously evolving
â¢Coach / advise the sales teams on effective ways of dealing with competitive traps and objection handling
â¢Build / Leverage assets that help simplify available information into key sales messages helping sales teams with value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, position references and analyst data
â¢Actively participate in organizational skill exchanges and transfers expertise to others.
â¢Design / leverage and implement programs that result in adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement of regional sales targets
â¢Continuous improvement in self-research, learning and readiness on the new public and Hybrid cloud services offerings
â¢Stay abreast of global and regional cloud and on-prem landscape and the competition
â¢Extend and enlarge the knowledge base of the domain of expertise by defining new approaches, by coaching others and by leadership in their professional communities internally and externally
â¢Drive activities to increase awareness, demand and adoption of Oracle Hybrid Cloud portfolio of services and products
â¢Working with Oracleâs Consulting organizations and partners to proactively ensure on time and budget implementation of positioned solution
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
â¢More than 8 years of experience in the IT industry, of which at least 5 hands-on experience is a must
â¢Requrie experience in designing & deploying solutions on cloud, using Infrastrucutre and Platform cloud services (IaaS and PaaS), preferable with Oracle cloud
â¢Requrie hands-on experience with middleware technology stack, such as App Server high availability, SOA, ESB, Service Integration, API management, and Identity management, preferable with Oracle technology
â¢Hands-on experience in software application development using cloud naitve technologies, and agile development methodlogy, is an added advnatage
â¢Hands-on experience in data analytics, data integration, busiless intellegent, data warehousing design & development, is an added advnatage
â¢Great presentation and communication skill, is a must
â¢Fluent in Cantonese is a must
â¢Good in English
â¢Enterprise Architect or Enterpise Solution Architecture experience with sucessful engagement in large MNC is a big advantage
