The position is Sr Key / Major Account Manager APAC for our HPS based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Shanghai, China and will report to Chief Commercial Officer, HSG based in US and will lead the APAC system sales in satellite system.
Develop regional account plans for existing and new business and execute the objectives quickly and clearly
Develop new partners under the functional guidance of the Global SAR Sales Director.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time.
To keep the CRM (SFDC) system up to date with all sales related activity including (but not limited to) meeting schedules, meeting notes, contact persons, business plans, forecast data, project requirement data, schedule dates and sales team members.
Report weekly performance to the leadership of specific accounts and opportunities. Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-
active and continual basis. At all times this individual should understand the health’ of the business region that they manage.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or High Degree of Technical Knowledge
Minimum 5 years’ continuous sales experience
Successful and demonstrable track record of system sales to government and public institutions (ICAO);
Strong sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectives
High level of communication and presentation skills.
Understanding and articulate basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control.
The ability to prepare a business plan outlining the salient points of development with specific partners.
A basic understanding of business, HR and contractual laws for the region.
Competent author of business letters and reports.
Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit.
The ability to travel through the region and internationally as the business and opportunities demand occasionally at short notice. WE VALUE
