Description of the role :
Establishes and maintains excellent and intimate customer relationship management.
Follow sales budgets, sales capture strategies and tactics to develop all possible sales activity including service, parts, rental equipment and projects.
To ensure pro-active spares sales, customer relationship development, efficient processing of inquiries / offers / orders, active follow-up and good co-operation with superior and contractor at all times to fulfil internal / external customer and business requirements.
The position also is responsible for any other tasks assigned by management in the best interest of the company.
Key tasks :
Follow sales budgets, sales tactics, sales pipelines and service action plans with his manager’s approval
Meets or exceeds sales budgets
Plans and executes regularly scheduled customer visits in agreement with management
Collects and updates all relevant market and customer information
Informs service managers, of all relevant market information and customer feedback in order to improve effectiveness of market strategies
Builds excellent customer relationship management with an intimate knowledge of each customer’s employees who have an effect on the company’s business
Executes agreed action plans
Develops and brings to quotation and contract award, Maintenance, Parts, Conversion, rental equipment opportunities
Develops sales presentations and quotations for management approval and follows up own quotations to his customers
Stays informed regarding Order / Delivery follow-up of contracts and keeps management appraised of higher level support requirements when customer relationships are in jeopardy
Actively pursues collection of accounts receivables
Accepts, executes and delivers other projects as assigned by management for the benefit of the company
Active follow-up of service / inspection reports
