Ensure the smooth coordination and management of all aspects of Crewing operations (i.e Planning, Sourcing & Hiring (or Recruitment), Contracts, Familiarization / Appraisal and Logistics) in compliance with policies and procedures.
Supervise and monitor the work functions of departmental staff, including approval of claims and crew appraisal.
Monitor and coordinate marine crew movement with proper coordination of logistic support.
Check and review the daily / weekly marine crew list received from vessel.
Maintain proper record of marine crew documentations and data which include crew experience, training, medical fitness and competency in assigned duties.
Review and verify the vessel monthly food money.
Attending meeting with clients regarding crew matter.
Responsible for marine crew OSP application / renewal via online system and card collection.
Monitoring crew safe manning certificate and arrange for renewal.
Assist department in raising MSR for vessel’s need whenever required.
Review and verify the marine crew monthly salary.
Coordinating with client on crew assessment.
Interfacing with the respective bases or agents on the vessel schedule for a timely crew change.
Monitoring and maintaining yearly budget for marine crew.
To perform other duties as requested by Management / Immediate Superior.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 years working experienced in related field.
Good communication skills - both oral and written (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
Computer literate in both words & excel.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Able to interact with all levels.
Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, problem solver, creative, innovative with good discipline.
Salary range between RM3.5K RM5K based from experienced.
