Description

Build a profitable and sustainable product portfolio based on compelling consumer insights to deliver strong brands and ensure brand results in line with agreed objectives.

To develop a high performing brand team. Your responsibilities would be to :

  • Responsible for developing category & brand vision and strategy.
  • Accountable and responsible for setting long term strategic direction for category and brands via clear inspiring visions & brand essence aligned in the market.
  • Accountable and responsible for generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning brand portfolio / category strategies vs. competition.
  • Accountable and responsible for the development of marketing plans in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) and developing action plans for the category & brands in line with business objectives.
  • Accountable for managing innovation & renovation based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation.
  • Accountable for delighting consumers with products experience on taste and packaging.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the relevant departments in developing an optimum pricing strategy that fulfills shopper expectations.
  • Accountable for monitoring & analyzing category / brand performance including competitive benchmarking.
  • Accountable and responsible for proposing optimal budgets for category / brands based on ICP.
  • Ensure all investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
  • Responsible for developing and coaching direct reports.
  • You must have the following :

  • Graduate with 10 years’ experience in Consumer Marketing / Brand Marketing with field sales experience or exhibits strong functional skill and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrable record of success in building portfolio of brands based on consumer insights.
  • Successfully led a team of direct reports.
  • Other attributes that we are looking for :
