Job Description of HRM Application Consultant : -

  • Provide system application support to clients, perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues.
  • Support the Sales & Product team in pre- and post-sales including feedback on RFP, system walk-through, product demo and presentations, requirement analysis and proposals for solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in pre- and post-sales support activities.
  • Support the Customer Support Lead in daily activities.
  • Follow up and complete timely on all issues reported by client.
  • Collaborate with the project consultants and product support teams to determine how products and services can be delivered according to clients’ needs.
  • Provide professional consulting services for Lightman solutions and services, customizations, business processes, custom reports and special projects.
  • Analyze existing clients’ systems, interface requirements, business processes and operational needs.
  • Participate in establishing and monitoring the implementation of solutions.
  • Adept at identifying and framing problems, setting priorities and making critical assessments.
  • Requirements of HRM Application Consultant :

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resources / Computer Science.
  • 2 years of work experience in the IT industry, with knowledge of human resource software is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (English).
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with key customer technical and middle management personnel.
  • Strong IT Technical skills and Project Management skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Analytical thinking and able to work independently and well under pressure.
  • Drives a car & has a valid Driver’s license. Must be willing to travel.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
