Job Description of HRM Application Consultant : -
Provide system application support to clients, perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues.
Support the Sales & Product team in pre- and post-sales including feedback on RFP, system walk-through, product demo and presentations, requirement analysis and proposals for solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction in pre- and post-sales support activities.
Support the Customer Support Lead in daily activities.
Follow up and complete timely on all issues reported by client.
Collaborate with the project consultants and product support teams to determine how products and services can be delivered according to clients’ needs.
Provide professional consulting services for Lightman solutions and services, customizations, business processes, custom reports and special projects.
Analyze existing clients’ systems, interface requirements, business processes and operational needs.
Participate in establishing and monitoring the implementation of solutions.
Adept at identifying and framing problems, setting priorities and making critical assessments.
Requirements of HRM Application Consultant :
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resources / Computer Science.
2 years of work experience in the IT industry, with knowledge of human resource software is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (English).
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with key customer technical and middle management personnel.
Strong IT Technical skills and Project Management skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
Analytical thinking and able to work independently and well under pressure.
Drives a car & has a valid Driver’s license. Must be willing to travel.
