JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To provide a professional medical opinion on the disputes or any amount under clarification for claims medical procedures and charges in accordance with the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act Gather and analyse medical data to plan and manage cost and charges Receive review verify and process requests on medical claims raised by clients insurance corporate and companies Compare and analyse billing records to medical records and review coding of procedures to ensure billing and payment accuracy To provide financial advisory services to patients pertaining to bill charges and disputes while admitted and after dischargedMonitoring daily bed cencus on proper length of stay charges as per procedure and diagnosis given by doctors and to advise the Management next course of action Corrdinate meeting with doctors medical and non-

medical staff internally and external business partners to resolve disputes To lead meeting and discussion with corporate clients to discuss existing and new products offered existing and new process of claim submission To resolve issues pertaining to patients admission and consultant charges JOB REQUIREMENTS Possessed Bachelor of Medicine or any relevant qualificationAt least 3 years working experience in case reviewGood communication verbal written in englishAbility to work under intense working environmentMeticulous attention to detail and organised
