POSITION : ADMIN ASSISTANT
LOCATION : SECT 27, ALAM MEGAH, 40400 SHAH ALAM.

Possess at least Diploma in related fields or 1-2 years of experiences in admin job.
Salary : RM 1700-RM 1900
Attention to detail
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence letters and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Research and creates presentations
Prepare and monitor invoices
Handle assigned projects
Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories;
evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Coordinate office procedures
Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Assist HR and F&B personnel in daily tasks.
Responsible for purchasing tasks for all departments.
Perform weekly inventory report for office stationery etc.
Any assigned tasks by Management.
