RESPONSIBILITIES Secure visibility and transparency of managerial operation information Ensure alignment of Policies Standard Operating Procedure Risk Management Implement effective Sales program management to maximize sales and profitup to customer level profitability Manage Sales program within Target and or Budget Monthly and Yearly Closely manage Return On Investment for Sales Program activity and review After Action Result to improve future Sales Program activity Generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data Manage Sales Program Management and key work processes Maintain current and accurate customer files and information Create database with input from senior management and sales team Act as a liaison between Customers Sales Managers and other departments within the group to help ensure smooth operation and policy Maintain and manage trade term contracts working closely with Sales team Manage and support salesman incentive scheme achievement Perform other duties as required in collaboration with the divisional managers REQUIREMENTS Professional Degree in related field with minimum 10 years experience of commercial experience Well versed with Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical mind Strong management skills in people management and operational functions Proven communication skills both orally and written with customers and internal colleagues Skillful at promoting ideas and interacting positively and with confidence Ability to multitask prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines Must have a keen eye to details
