Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies (improve shelving / display / Plan-o-gram, GEs, facing / POSM), execute new product launching and implement continuous promotional activities) with the assigned key customers.
  • Manage trade marketing expenses within budget to optimize resources in achieving sales target.
  • Supervision & coordination with front line sales team to ensure sales plan execution effectiveness.
  • Review and manage inventory level to ensure it is within an acceptable stock holding levels.
  • Coordinate within internal cross function teams (finance, marketing, purchasing, customers service, logistics).
  • Analyze sales and market trend to develop or revise effective sales and promotional strategy.
  • Conduct reviews with key customers and propose solution to resolve their issues.
  • Perform update of account’s performance to management for inventory and replenishment, sales plan execution, sales performance and pending issues etc.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or degree or professional certificates in business studies, marketing or any other relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, resulted-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Professional working experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin knowledge is an added advantage.
