Job DescriptionJob Requirements : Candidate must possess at least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.Preferably Senior Manager / Director specialized in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities : Develop and monitor quality assurance program at organizations.Ensure all products manufactured or marketed by the company are free from any flaws or errors.
Evaluate and improve QA process.Identifies possible errors and areas of improvements.Maintain quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Designs, implements and documents procedures for process control, process improvements, testing and inspection.Performs root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
Establishes collection and analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect improvements of product quality.
Manage supplier performance and establish criteria and rating system for vendors.Interacts with customers to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing and development personnel.
