Corporate Finance Investment Merchant Banking or equivalent Full-Time position s available Responsibilities Accounting Framework and Related Control Environment Work closely with the local accounting team and BPO partner to ensure effective processes are in place in the Trial Balance General Ledger Inventory Bank Cash and Fixed Asset functions and delivery of corporate reporting Monitor local legislative environment as it affects the recognition of transactions recorded in the financials and initiate policy changes if necessary Support RTR Controller to Oversee the month-

end closing process and ensures that the books are accurate complete and are closed on time Ensures compliance to Dairy Farm Accounting Manual and all company policies Support process improvement and control initiatives that will help improve current processes drive efficiency and productivity throughout the Record to Report chain and Corporate Reporting and ensure adherence to the same Reviews BS reconciliations prepared by the BPO ensures that accounts that are long outstanding are explainable and have a valid business rationale Prepare SRS to Statutory Accounts reconciliation Prepare local statutory financial statements and group management reporting and local regulatory reporting timely and accurately Support RTR Controller for Maintenance of Standard Chart of Account SCOA Statutory and Corporate Audits Liaise with the PWC to ensure that interim and year-

end audit requirements are completed and audited financial statements are released and filed in a timely manner Support the timely completion of corporate audits as required Taxation Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations Support Tax team for Tax computation Provides support to the Finance Controller in responding IRB inquiries and in leading initiated tax audits Finance Business Partnership Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and expectations business partners among others Promote and encourage synergy across the different sections in the Record to Report chain by collaborating with them to ensure delivery of key metric results Works closely with the FP A to provide analysis on actual financial performance Identify areas of improvement to promote business efficiencies cost savings Coordinates with HR for payroll-

related matters Archiving Define and maintain archiving requirements and related controls of business records in line with local regulations Ensure that corporate records are available upon request from authorities Other Activities Participate ad-

hoc projects such as New Payment Media System Rollout Upgrade E-commerce DFWAY Blackline etc Support the initiatives of store expansion strategy and company set-

up process from RTR side Other ad-hoc activities as required
