do attitude and passionate spirit We believe that an organisations success is largely resolved by its people and we promise to continually develope our own people to build empowerment and accountability What do you do A Recruitmeny Consulatnts role is a highly rewarding one with a strong correlation between what you put in and what you get out You will build solid relationships and network with senior executives while developing your consulative skills and business development expertise Responsible for recruitment function to ensure all hiring needs are filled up on time E g preparing job adverts checking application forms shortlisting interviewing and assisting in selecting candidates for respective departments interview Monitoring employees movement confirmation performance review and attendance Prepares monthly payroll for employees on timely completion with accurate information Prepare employment appointment letters for new hires termination rejection letters Submission of monthly statutory contributions EPF SOCSO EIS and Tax deductions Attend to all disputes and disciplinary problems involving employees and assist in resolving them Issuance of disciplinary letters show cause warning Preparing SOP and KPI Performace management follow-

up and liaise with selected candidates on details of job offer provide standard details on procedures and on-boarding of newly recruited staff Who are we looking for An enthusiastic and motivated individual Integrity and ethical in handling confidential matters Good probelm solving analytical skills with good attention to details Responsible and able to deliver on promise Good communication skills Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or equivalent At least 3Year s of working experience in handling full recruitment process with some understanding on salary pay structure Additional HR experiences in Training and recruitment administration Required Skill s Problem solving skill Human Resources Management Excellent communication skills Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
