Job Description

  • Full set of accounts.
  • Weekly bank postings and payments to suppliers.
  • Monthly bank closing and reconciliation with bank statements.
  • Quarterly submission to Bank Negara
  • Quarterly submission for tax
  • Quarterly sales analysis
  • Annual preparation for audit.
  • Inter-company transactions & postings.
  • Processing orders from customers and follow through to delivery.
  • Restocking & receiving orders from HQ / supplier and follow through for partial delivery.
  • Stock monitoring & closing monthly.
  • Calculate electricity usage before 7th each month.
  • Buy printer cartridge, stationery and other general office supplies when necessary.
  • GDPMD records.
  • Liaise with office building management if necessary.
  • Liaise with IT in HQ if necessary.
  • Liaise with local council, utilities company, etc. if necessary.
  • Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi accounting role
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, thoroughness and confidentiality
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
