to-date with client information educate clients on account services and capabilities collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests and handle a variety of service requests from clients and Relationship Mangers Client Onboarding Responsibilities Owning the onboarding request from end to end Ensuring the continued progression of the onboarding request through the processes as quickly and effectively as possible Deliver overall client satisfaction while at the same time meeting the firms global audit compliance risk and control requirements Communicating the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis Manage the requests in the pipeline and then provide relevant status updates to end users i e regional head and general managers Effectively following up with clients in a timely professional manner Providing feedback continually to improve the process Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalate issues Identify and escalate issues with the processes Lead small projects and provide subject matter expertise to related projects Client Servicing Responsibilities Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests resolving client inquiries and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date Monitor client account activity research and resolve issues and follow-

through to ensure clients needs are met Identify problems in a timely manner while complying with standard resolution policy the established corporate process and regulatory proceduresCoordinate information requests for investments and other business activities with client clients representatives and outside advisors Maintain client files and records including scanning of mail and updating CRM system contact information non-

financial assets etc Coordinate with back office to create and track receipt of various paperwork for client signature agreements letters of authorization account paperwork tax documents etc Research and answer client questions related to investment account activity balances and other miscellaneous requestProvide superior client service by handling incoming client requests Make proactive use of technology i e video conferencing to streamline client interactions Prioritize work related to client assets to ensure all deadlines are met Interact closely with clients and respond timely to questions or issues Provide general administrative duties such as answering the phone processing reports prepare routine client correspondence support for closes set up of client files copy and new business correspondence and alerts Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies procedures and risk awareness Assist with operational processes and process improvements Qualifications BA BS Degree or equivalent job experience 2-

3 years of experience in financial services preferably in a client facing operations role The candidate should be comfortable in a fast paced multi-

tasked environment and be customer service orientated Possess excellent interpersonal business writing and verbal presentation skills including good communication skills with the ability to be assertive A strong understanding of operational processes challenges and issues Past successes in contributing to business transformation projects Working knowledge of capital market products is a plus Familiarization with entity structures trusts partnerships corporations etc and previous Client Onboarding KYC or similar experience a plus Strong analytical and creative solutioning abilities Strong communications and presentation skills Strong organization skills with high attention to details Strong process and project management skills Extensive background in use of Windows and Microsoft based products including Office applications Word Excel and PowerPoint Internet applications
