The Service Delivery Associate (SDA) is responsible for support New Product Introduction team on Go to Market programs / projects.
SDA will need to ensure process improvement and adherence on NPI to market timing.
1. New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Management support for Devices, wireless data and Accessory
Ensure new device go-to-market meets the KPIs as per contractual agreement
Engage internal team members on reports for pre and post implementation review of new products prior to launch
Adhere to the NPI project management timeline and execute tasks as assigned by NPI Managers (Devices, Wireless Data and Accessory)
Provide weekly and monthly on NPI reports (ID creations, internal weekly meeting minutes, test devices record etc)
2. Service Deliverables
Follow up and ensure stakeholders, internal and external, meets timeline on tasks
Support Device Decision Board operational matters through Tactical alignment
3. Special Project Support
Insert, verify and update data provided directly from retailers.
Process weekly billing (on project basis) by verifying, retrieving and compiling data and submit to relevant stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required for Project support.
Good in both verbal and written English
