Processing, Checking (plausibility check on the JV reference no, movement type, profit center, cost center & etc) and Posting of journal entries (provisions, accruals, deferred taxes, prepayments, Hedging, payroll, taxes and etc) raised by the Local Service.
Determining, setting up and posting of recurring entries (if there is any).
Reconciling the figures between FI and PCA and investigating the variances
Executing the program to transfer the data of sub-ledger from FI to PCA
Executing and Reversing the PCA Cycles and ensuring completeness of segmentation
Downloading the data from PCA Interface and uploading the data to Common System (PW1 & ECOT)
Identifying, Checking & Correcting Validation Errors
Reconciling the data of Common System and R11 and investigating the variances
Uploading the data of various Financial Statement Version to GTC
Reconciling the data of Common System and Polar and investigating the variances
Identifying, Posting & Checking the completeness of entries related to reorganization
Conducting the activities in Runbook and ensuring the activities are performed within the set timeline
Generating ICS Documentation (Internal Control)
Supporting LS in terms of local audit
Involving in process improvement and harmonization of GL related activities for APAC
Maintenance of posting periods in SAP
Filter C-AT Information Letter for posting relevant changes for the Service Hub
Serve as decentral role-coordinator for the process General Ledger for Hub and Local Service
Participate in general ledger relevant projects which involves Service Hub topics
Provide functional and disciplinary management of the employees of the own team or department
Determine responsibilities and substitution arrangements for the own team or department
Keep the organization chart of the own team or department up to date
Keep the concept of the job families and job descriptions up to date
Participate in the Global Process Team
To train the new joiners and involve in recruitment process in identifying the right talents for the team
To act as back up for team member on daily task as when required.
Holds a Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years in leadership capacity.
A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communications skills both verbal and written in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office, preferably have experience in SAP system, Business Warehouse
Exposure to shared service environment would be preferred.
Willingness to work shift hour from 3pm to 12am
