RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop a launch strategy for new BB product / speeds.
  • Monthly update for Astro’s senior management. Ensure company’s assets are safeguarded during any negotiation with 3rd party via legal means
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance product offering and widen market reach
  • Engage with ISP provider to propose business and commercial model (White label / Reseller / Wholesales of ISP product)
  • To work closely with finance dept. to provide ROI analysis for broadband product.
  • To work closely with Legal and Regulatory team to ensure compliance with MCMC and legal requirements
  • Contract negotiation, prepare and manage proposal inquiries, negotiate and secure deals.
  • Preparing input for proposal discussion with 3rd party
  • Engage with Tier-2 ISP partners and to leverage on their relationships with property developers / commercial enterprise to drive awareness of Astro broadband
  • Manage internal / external stakeholders’ relationships to successfully promote growth
  • Ensure terms & conditions of contractual agreements are implement as agreed, and seek remedies when non compliance
  • Manage fixed broadband partners to ensure end-customers have good customer experience
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Portfolio Management to create product strategy.
  • Provide in-depth market, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning
  • Work with Internal team to work on promotions, bundling and tactical campaigns to drive revenue via a defined product roadmap
  • Lead all broadband activities to support Astro’s broadband proposition.
  • Consistently update deals in CRM and ensure CRM data is accurate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years progressively experience in either Broadband / Technology business and key account management in either sales or marketing field.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellence product knowledge
  • Experience in establish ISP partnership
  • Proficient in Business Case Writing
  • Strong presentation and powerpoint skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is compulsory
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Windows
