New capability required to deliver Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Business Plan to achieve world class maturity in the use of analytics and tools.
A dedicated role to develop predictive risk models, digitally assessing risk, key risk indicator and risk exposure.
This role is to deliver the building blocks of ERM Business Plan in terms of Risk Analysis & Reporting and Embracing Technology & Digital, subsequently this enable the increase of maturity of ERM practices.
He / she will focus on the design and use of statistic, algorithm, predictive risk model, digital workflow, automation of dashboard, proactive alert, KRI update and integration of assurance information.
What are you accountable for?
Responsible for the design of digitalization and automation of risk management related processes, which includes predictive risk model, digital workflow, dashboard automation, proactive alert, KRI update and assurance information integration.
Provide business analysis and build risk models to reduce operating losses and maintain maximum protection of an organization's assets.
Provides risk-related support to other departments by performing analysis and modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes operating losses and other risk exposures.
Develop, test, implement, operate and maintain data analytics and / or automation solutions using suitable tools or systems;
including process re-engineering trial projects using related technologies / methodologies and roll-out the feasible project outcomes to the team.
Liaise with stakeholders to obtain continuous data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain a suitable database platform for risk management automation purposes.
Work closely with the business in ensuring that all identified risk findings from the analysis & reporting are remediated with appropriate actions.
Provide technical support to the team and business counterparts in the areas of technical risk data analysis, automation and related tools and technologies as well as coaching the team on usage of those tools and technologies
Act as a consultant to stakeholders by identifying and recommending value-added data analytics insights and approach in risk management.
What do you need to have for this role?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
Preferably 4 to 6 years relevant experience in development of data analysis / database related systems, preferably in risk management environment.
Strong knowledge and experience with databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL), programming languages (C#, .NET), SQL scripting, ETL platforms (e.
g. MS SSIS), data reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge in statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g. R, Python, Excel, ACL, IDEA, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge in ERP and business systems e.g. SAP, Oracle ERP, Data warehouse solutions etc.
Must be willing to work on 1 year contract role
