  • Prepares source data by compiling and sorting provider’s information and credentials;establishing entry priorities
  • Processes network provider source of documents by reviewing the completed qualityassessment form for deficiencies and ensuring the compliance of the provider’scredentials;
  • resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures returningincomplete documents to the Regional Manager IMN for resolution.

  • Secures provider’s data information and credentials by restoring to the IMNnetwork shared drive as data base backups
  • Prepares weekly report on the overall provider’s network stored / updated provider’snetwork list
  • Able tojuggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromisingquality
  • Assists in resolving providerservice complaints. Identify problems and negotiates with internal / externalpartners / customers to resolve escalated issues
  • Manages provider relationships andis accountable for critical interface with providers and inter-departmentalstaff
  • Works to meet unit cost targets,while preserving an adequate network, to achieve and maintain AXA Partner'scompetitive position
  • Support providers as they havequestions / concern / suggestions
  • Works to resolve AXA Assistancemedical and non-medical network provider complaints at a local, and regionallevel
  • Qualifications


  • Able to communicate in English,Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Able to communicate withcolleagues within the Asia region
  • Data Entry Skills, Computer literate, Knowledgeof Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook 365)
  • Able tomulti-task in a fast pace environment, can adapt quickly to changes
  • Independent
  • Contractingand negotiating experience preferred
  • Experiencein developing and managing relationships
