Job Responsibilities :

  • To assist in accounting function such as data entries, invoicing, checking, record and filing.
  • To manage on collection of receivables and arrangements of payables.
  • To manage Account receivables, Account Payable & other related accounting functions
  • To maintain a proper record of finance and accounting reports
  • To liaise with external and internal parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc. as if required
  • Perform adhoc clerical and administration tasks as assigned
  • Job Requirements :

  • Preferably certificate, Diploma or a Degree in accounting or relevant fields
  • SPM leavers with accounting, accounting administration are encouraged to apply
  • Possess 1 year & above of working experiences is an advantage
  • Meticulous, high accuracy in entries and willing to learn
  • Initiative and able to communicate with all levels
