Key responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Solicit and analyze sales / competitive market information to formulate productive sales target and pricing strategy.
Identify and contact potential Japanese customers to obtain new business with planned strategy and objective.
Call on Japanese decision makers of target accounts to ensure coverage of relevant decision makers and influencers.
Develop competitive and qualified sales leads for overseas counterparts.
Support local sales team on selling effort to Japanese accounts including providing quality leads.
Analyze & submit periodic reports on respective business volume / tonnage / revenue on assigned Japanese accounts for analytical purposes.
Update all call data into CRM in a timely & accurate manner.
Responsible for account administration for which includes setting up credit facilities, monitoring customer’s timely AR settlement and resolving unbilled invoice issue within a given time frame.
Work as a team to achieve Department’s objectives and Company’s target growth.
To be based in either KUL, PEN or JHB. Up to 70% travel between 3 offices.
